Knights donate money: The
Knights of Columbus at St. Patrick Catholic Church in Hampton donated $483 to the Special Education Department. The
money was part of the organization's Campaign for People with Intellectual Disabilites, and was raised last fall during
Knights' Tootsie Roll drive.

Teacher Retreat and Boot Camp
August
18, 2009 was a big day for Hampton-Dumont Special Education Staff and Paraeducators. Staff participated in a retreat
and boot camp to prepare for the 2009-2010 school year. The day ended with an inspiring guest speaker, Tyler Green.
